Our being on schedule is dependent on our guests being on schedule. Please be courteous of our time.

15 minutes or later after your scheduled appointment time will result in a rescheduled service and a 50% of service charge.

Cancellation within 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in  a 50% service charge.

Please understand this is to compensate us for lost time we could have provided to other guests and is not personal. We know things can come up, so we always give one free pass to this policy before implementing it.

Three no shows will revoke your online booking privileges.
