Our being on time relies on you being on time. Don’t make someone after you wait on your account. Tardiness beyond 15 minutes will result in 15 minutes in The Chokey. Totally kidding. But it will require you to reschedule for a different day.

And don’t ghost us! We’re very understanding people.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so through your confirmation texts and emails. We just ask you do so 24 hours prior to when you were scheduled so we can contact those on our waitlist. 

We offer 1 free pass, we’re humans after all, and following offenses will result in a 50% of service charge. And nobody, not even us, likes that process.
